We work in Ávila city and in the villages of the province. We look at each new property individually and take on new ones subject to availability and to how well they fit our service.
Yes. We can create and maintain listings on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com, manage availability and prices and handle bookings and guest communication according to the plan you choose.
We consider flats, holiday homes, detached houses, country houses and other kinds of property in Ávila city and province. Before we start, we look at each case to check that the property fits our management model.
If it does not yet have the licences or registrations it needs, we can help you arrange them if we end up working together.
The first management contract runs for a minimum of one year. From renewal onwards, the terms are reviewed with each owner. The rest of the terms of the service are also agreed individually and set out in the contract.
Yes. The plans let you adapt the service to each owner: from cleaning or listing management to fuller management. We go through with you which tasks you want to hand over before signing the contract.
Alquileres Moya receives the booking payments and then settles the corresponding amount with the owner according to the terms agreed in the contract.
Yes. Alquileres Moya handles the compulsory guest registration as part of running the property, in line with the service you have taken on.
Yes. Each contract sets out the stays for your own use and their conditions, always respecting bookings that have already been confirmed.
For the stays for your own use set out in the contract, cleaning is handled according to the agreed conditions.
We let the owner know whenever we find a breakdown, damage or incident. If you do not have a tradesperson you trust, we can help you find one to sort out the problem.
We can take care of the laundry, the change of bed linen and the towels according to the plan and the conditions agreed with each owner.
