Cookie Policy
This website does not use cookies. It only stores your display theme preference in your browser, if you choose one. Here we explain what that means and what we would do if that ever changed.
Last updated: 30 July 2026
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They are used, for example, to remember preferences, keep you signed in or measure how many people visit each page.
There are other technologies with similar effects, because they also store or read information in your browser: local storage, browser databases, the application cache and tracking beacons or pixels.
2. What this website uses
This website does not use cookies, either its own or third-party cookies. Of the similar technologies mentioned above, it only uses the browser’s local storage, and solely to remember the display theme you choose.
Specifically, as of today:
- We do not place any cookie in your browser;
- We do not store or read information in your browser’s local storage, except your display theme preference, or in its databases;
- We do not use any analytics or audience measurement tool;
- We do not use tracking pixels or beacons from social networks or advertising platforms;
- We do not embed third-party content within our pages;
- We do not load fonts, scripts or any other resource from external servers: everything that makes up these pages is served from our own domain;
- We do not build browsing profiles or track your activity across websites.
Theme preference. If you use the button to switch between
light and dark mode, we store your choice in your browser’s local storage
(localStorage), under the key
alquileres-moya-theme with the value light or
dark. It is read when each page loads so that it is shown in the
theme you chose. It is not a cookie: it is not sent to any server, it does not
identify you and it is not used for analytics, advertising or tracking. If you
do not use that button, nothing is stored. The preference remains in your
browser until you clear this website’s data from your browser settings; if you
change the theme again, it is replaced by your new choice.
For this reason, you do not need to give any consent to browse this website, and you will not see any notice asking for it.
3. Links to Instagram and Google Maps
Some pages include links to our Instagram profile and to the location of the properties on Google Maps.
They are simple links: they do not load anything within our pages and do not activate any cookie unless you click on them. If you decide to follow them, you will leave this website and become subject to the cookie and privacy policies of the destination service, which we do not control.
4. Necessary technical operation
So that the website can be displayed, our hosting provider processes the requests made by your browser, just as happens with any website. This operation does not involve placing cookies on your device or storing information in your browser.
When you send one of the forms, the data you have entered is transmitted so that we can reply to you. This is explained in the privacy policy, and it does not involve the use of cookies either.
Our hosting provider’s real user monitoring and analytics are disabled: we do not measure your visit in any way.
5. How to control cookies from your browser
Although this website does not use them, you can manage, block or delete the cookies of any website from your browser settings. All the usual browsers —Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge— include this option in their privacy section, together with the option to delete data already stored.
Please note that blocking cookies across the board may affect the operation of other websites that do need them.
6. If this changes in the future
If at any point we introduce analytics tools, embedded third-party content or any other technology that stores or reads information in your browser:
- We will update this policy with details of what is used, for what purpose and for how long;
- We will put in place the appropriate consent mechanism before activating them, so that nothing requiring your permission is started without having obtained it.
