Alquileres Moya is the trading name used by Elena Pindado Moya.

2. Purpose and activity of the website

This website provides information about holiday accommodation located in Ávila and its province, shows its availability on an indicative basis and allows you to send a quote request.

The website is not a booking or payment platform. No booking is confirmed, no dates are held and no payment is taken through it. Every request received is answered personally and the booking, where applicable, is confirmed afterwards and outside the website. The details of this process are set out in the terms and conditions.

In what capacity Alquileres Moya acts

Alquileres Moya acts as authorised manager and intermediary, in the name and on behalf of the holder of the relevant property.

• The accommodation service is provided by the holder of each property.
• Elena Pindado Moya is not the owner of the properties and does not provide the accommodation in her own name.
• There are management agreements signed with the relevant holders.
• Under those agreements, Elena Pindado Moya is authorised to advertise the properties, handle requests and bookings, collect payments on the holders’ behalf and process cancellations and refunds.

3. Properties and tourist registration

This website lists three properties:

La Tahona Vieja is a complex made up of several houses that is marketed and rented only as a whole, under a single rural house registration.

The holder of each property is the party that provides the accommodation service. Alquileres Moya is responsible for advertising it, answering requests and managing the booking, in the name and on behalf of that holder, in accordance with the management agreement signed with each of them.

4. Terms of use

Access to this website is free of charge and unrestricted. Anyone who uses it undertakes to do so properly and lawfully, and not to use it for unlawful purposes, or to damage, overload or prevent its normal operation.

The information on prices and availability shown is indicative: it comes from internal management systems and may change. It does not constitute a binding offer until a specific booking has been confirmed in writing.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, illustrations, logos, design and other content of this website are protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation.

All the photographs published on this website were taken by Elena Pindado Moya. They do not come from booking platforms, map services or external photographers.

The holders of the properties have authorised in writing the use of the photographs, logos and descriptions that appear on the website.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation of this content without prior written authorisation is not permitted. Mentioning the trading name or the properties for purely informational purposes does not require authorisation.

6. Links to third-party websites

This website contains links to external services —specifically Instagram and Google Maps— which only open when the user chooses to click on them. They are simple links: they do not load third-party content within these pages.

By following one of those links, the user leaves this website and becomes subject to the terms and privacy policies of the destination service. Elena Pindado Moya does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content.

7. Liability

The aim is for the information published to be correct and up to date, and for the website to operate continuously. Even so, typographical errors, discrepancies in prices or availability, and service interruptions for technical or maintenance reasons may occur.

Once an error in the published information is detected, it will be corrected as soon as possible. An obvious error in a price or in availability does not create an obligation to honour that condition: if it affects a request in progress, this will be communicated before anything is confirmed.

Nothing stated in this section limits the rights that consumer protection legislation grants on a mandatory basis.

The processing of the personal data collected through this website is described in the privacy policy.

This website does not use its own or third-party cookies, or similar tracking technologies. The details are set out in the cookie policy.

Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available to users and will be provided on request.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute will be heard by the courts and tribunals determined by the applicable legislation. Where the other party is a consumer, the rules on jurisdiction that consumer protection legislation establishes in their favour will be respected in all cases.
